Payment Policy

The $1 website payment reserves the early-bird opportunity described for the selected project. It is separate from the final product order. It is not the full product price, an investment, a subscription, or permission for an automatic charge of the remaining amount.

Check the selected project, reservation amount, currency, and terms before confirming a payment. Available payment methods are shown in the checkout you use.

A project needs 100 verified supporters by its stated deadline to continue toward production and launch. Once the product is available to order, eligible backers receive an Amazon product link and instructions for redeeming their early-bird benefit. You choose whether to complete the purchase and place the Amazon order yourself.

The product-specific offer explains the early-bird price, eligible product, redemption conditions, and any reservation credit. For LockPower Infinity, the early-bird arrangement includes the previously paid $1 as credit toward the purchase, redeemed using the supplied launch instructions.

Amazon does not automatically connect a website reservation to your Amazon account. Apply any required code before placing the order, and confirm that the expected saving appears. If it does not, contact support@loofae.com before paying. Other projects may use different offer terms.

Amazon processes payment for the product order. Its checkout displays the item subtotal after any accepted promotion, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the amount due. An advertised early-bird item price is not necessarily the total delivered price. Payment methods, currency conversion, authorization, and charge timing are governed by the Amazon checkout and your payment provider.

For a website reservation charge, contact Loofae. For an Amazon charge, use Amazon Your Orders or Amazon customer service. If a payment result is unclear, check your confirmation and transaction history before trying again to avoid duplicate payments.

Keep your reservation confirmation and Amazon order confirmation; they refer to different transactions. Never send payment credentials to our support team.

If the project does not reach 100 verified supporters by its stated validation deadline, the full $1 reservation is refunded. Website reservation refunds and Amazon order refunds follow separate routes. Read Returns & Refunds for details.
