I wish: Same here. My oven runs about 20°C hot and every recipe is a guessing game. I stopped baking anything delicate because of it.

@Marc_T I bought an oven thermometer just to compensate. A $6 workaround for a $900 appliance. Ridiculous.

I wish: Renters can't swap appliances. An add-on that fixes calibration would genuinely change weeknight cooking for a lot of us.

I wish: My issue is the preheat beep — it says ready, but the displayed temp is clearly off from reality. Trust is gone.
